The mission of Telebridge is help businesses, universities, organizations, coaches, teachers, consultants and trainers provide services that focus on the well-being of society. “Customers” is used to include individuals, organizations and companies served by Telebridge. We seek to help customers achieve their goals by providing services and interactive systems that enhance self-sufficiency. The Code of Ethics sets forth values for the Telebridge team and reflects our commitment to act ethically.
The primary goal of Telebridge is to help people in need of teleconferencing services make a difference in our world. Our own team is encouraged to volunteer some portion of their professional skills to non-profit organizations with no expectation of significant financial return.
Telebridge understands that relationships with customers are important vehicles for change. Telebridge engages customers as partners in the design of services provided. Telebridge features will be represented in a manner that assists the customer in making informed decisions. Telebridge Teleconferencing will offer opportunities for customers to learn about the operation of our systems, improve their knowledge and skills and understand the available uses of Telebridge.
Telebridge provides professional services that respect the dignity, worth and rights of those served. Telebridge will not discriminate in the provision of services on the basis of race, sex, religion, age, disability, national origin, or sexual orientation. Misuse of Telebridge may make it difficult for all individuals to have equal opportunity to participate in its use. Unauthorized use of Telebridge will be seen as a violation of this code and will be handled with a warning and subsequent account closure, if the complaint is not remedied. Customers are asked to inform Telebridge of violations to the Code of Ethics to ensure that these violations are discontinued as soon as possible.
Truth and Integrity
Telebridge will strive to achieve the highest quality of products and professional work. The team will take responsibility for acquiring and maintaining professional competence by upgrading technical knowledge through independent study, attending classes and conferences, and being involved in professional organizations.
The Telebridge team shall provide information about the products offered to best serve its customers and will disclose pertinent system limitations. Telebridge will not guarantee results.
The Telebridge team will be honest about their qualifications, and will not participate in activities that constitute a conflict of interest.
Telebridge specifies billing arrangements early in the relationship with customers and informs customers that fees for callers include long-distance charges from their carrier.
Telebridge will offer customers an opportunity to remedy overdue accounts before discontinuing service.
Telebridge will avoid accepting goods or services from customers as payment for professional services. Bartering arrangements create the potential for conflicts of interest, exploitation, and inappropriate boundaries in our relationships with customers.
A reasonable effort will be made to ensure continuity of services. In the event that services are interrupted by factors such as technical difficulties, efforts will be made to replace the telebridge and notify all parties affected.
Telebridge will do its best to avoid loss of information, including loss of recordings. In such cases, we will attempt to mitigate the negative consequences. To minimize malfunctions, we will test new systems and designs.
The collection of personal information required for maintaining a Telebridge account will be kept from unauthorized access or disclosure to inappropriate individuals. User data will be treated with confidentiality, except in cases where it is needed for evidence of the violation of law, organizational regulations, or this Code. In these cases, the nature or contents of that information will be disclosed only to proper authorities.
Customer recordings may be stored for an extended period of time before they are deleted. Third parties may hear the content of a conference call when recordings are transferred to CD’s, FTP or email links.

Telebridge will act in ways that honor our commitment to the local and global environment. Telebridge systems offers a service that helps customers minimize travel and its environmental impact.
